To see which version of firmware your BASSBOSS MK3 speaker is running, connect the loudspeaker to a computer running ControlBASS via a Cat5 (ethernet) cable, power on the loudspeaker, and look at the version string when it pops up (see the image below).  The DV12 listed is running R4.04.

We recommend you always keep your MK3 Loudspeakers updated to the latest version to get the best possible sound and performance.
