To find the serial number of your BASSBOSS Loudspeaker, take a look at the back of the amp plate near the power connectors. There should be a sticker that contains a string of characters that starts with TLL- followed by several numbers. That string of TLL- and the following number is your unit's serial number. See the image below for an example; the serial number of the pictured unit is TLL-3140068.
