BASSBOSS Passive speaker

Why don't you make passive speakers?

Q: Why do you not make passive speakers and subs. I have so many amps and would prefer using passive as I have all the amps, crossovers, cabling. I can't afford the active equipment.

All BASSBOSS products are sold with amplification and processing. This is because the development of the settings is a meticulous process which requires the actual amplifier and DSP to be measured along with the loudspeaker in order to ensure the required level of performance. Since it's impractical for us to measure every conceivable combination of amplifier and DSP to achieve these results, we have made the choice of amplification and processing and those are the ones we provide with the speakers. In addition, we can't guarantee performance nor provide warranty coverage and service for products that are not within our ecosystem.
