Hi. Welcome. I am Javier Olivares. I am the VP of Sales at BASSBOSS. And today we're here with David Lee. He is the designer president and co-founder of BASSBOSS.

As far as BASSBOSS, as a brand, what is the “why” of BASSBOSS?
From the internal point of view, the why is we want to be able to provide people with that intense and fantastic musical experience. And that's why we do what we do. It's so that other people can experience that catharsis and that involvement and enjoy it. And that they can provide that to their well themselves, their clients, the customers, their families, whatever is sort of the the corollary why the why that goes from ours to theirs.

So the why that somebody would want to use BASSBOSS is because they want to be able to provide those kinds of experiences and that level of involvement and provide that kind of quality without necessarily having to go through the entire process of learning to be an audio engineer. There's a lot of people out there who marvelously talented in playing instruments or band mixing or deejaying or entertaining and so on. And what we want to do is be is facilitate them to be able to translate their imagination, their vision, their the experience, the emotions to their audience. And so that's that's the the package that we try to put together.

How are the BASSBOSS products different from what we can find in the market currently?
That's difficult to to to sort of describe. I mean, the philosophy is part of it. It's it's what goes into it. The decisions that are made are almost always going to be decisions that are made towards a product that's going to last a long time, that's going to sound great, that's going to be serviceable. That's going to be something you could theoretically pass on from generation to generation. We build them for that kind of purpose. A lot of stuff on the market will serve other needs, you know, maybe on a lower budget, but it'll it could well end up in a, you know, landfill at some point. Or it could also be that the the market that you're trying to serve is is driven by a larger commercial sort of entity as kind of a commercial purpose. Ours is not really driven that way. Our our products are driven more towards the passionate individual who really has the specific acts of that environment or that show that that that they relate to, they care about. And it's their identity that's on the line and not the fact that somebody else is going to just rent their gear.

What benefits will someone receive when they buy a BASSBOSS product?
You know, every everybody sort of has slightly different needs in terms of what they need their system to do. But I feel like there's certainly things that everybody doesn't need. They don't need headaches, they don't need hassles. They don't need to work harder than they need. They need to work smarter. They need to not be wasting time and effort and energy and so on and so forth. And they need to not look bad. They need to have the result that they're going after. They need to be able to sort of fulfill their vision of what it is that they're doing. And those are the things that that the products are designed to be able to provide. You're not going to have a headache setting it up. You're not going to hassle you. Not going to have to take twice as many boxes. I mean, you're not trying to be in the furniture moving business. You're trying to play music. So the less hassle that you have to put into the process of doing that, the better. And so when you show up with a smart, looking, clean and tidy system that that's easy to pull together, it takes you less time. It sounds great. You're going to you know, you're going to look like a genius. And and ultimately, it's going to be easier for you. You're going to be able to set up quicker, take down quicker, enjoy your time, or you're not stressed out. Oh, this is getting you just it's stressful enough. You know, you're the center of attention. You're deejaying, you're singing. Whatever it is that you're doing. There's enough stress there. The last thing you need is more stress. When sound system IT components. And so the easier that is and the more well thought that well thought out that is by the company from whom you're buying it. The more peace of mind you have, the easier that the whole gig gets and the you know, the better you feel and the better you look.

Who are the BASSBOSS products for there?
For people who care more than average, a lot more than average about the quality of the product that they deliver in the entertainment field. Therefore, the deejay and venue owner and festival promoter that wants to promote an esthetic, whether it be their brand or whether it be their the environment that they're trying to create that has this high, high standard that they want to be able to deliver something that is really unforgettable and transcendental. And it's just something that people will have this experience of and will remember for their whole life. And if somebody has sort of that esthetic in mind, if they want to provide those kinds of experiences and they want to focus on the quality of the product that they provide and the quality of the sound in that environment and so on and so forth. Then that's who these things are for. And ultimately the as people get familiar with them, they find it and we find new, new places that we can employ those kinds of philosophies and new products that we build for different folks. So realistically, if you're reproducing music for whatever reason, it's a it's an option for you, but you really have to sort of care inordinately. This isn't for the average person who's just need something to make some noise.

How do you feel BASSBOSS empowers people?
One of the ways that that we empower people is we free them from some of the concerns that they would have with many other things that they could choose to purchase, not necessarily in the same price range, because some of the stuff obviously is going to add to the cost. But what's what's available from the BASSBOSS line is on the on a sort of a baseline level on a on a rudimentary level is that the products work. They work together and they look after themselves. In other words, they're not fragile. And so when somebody takes a BASSBOSS system to an event, they can do that confidently and and they can do that proudly and they can they can do their show. They can deejay for their party or whatever the thing is. And the audience, what they do will translate to the audience. They're not necessarily going to have problem where, oh, the party's getting really big and now the sound is just going to cut out because the amplifier has done something weird or or you're just don't get it doesn't sound good and people like, you know, they're there. But like I said that you want to draw people in and not push them away. And it's not a it's not a it's not a super low barrier to entry. You have to you have to get there. But when you do, because you care enough about it and you do that, then the payoff, which is the empowerment returns, is that people recognize what you've done. They recognize the quality of the product that you're providing in terms of, you know, the entertainment that you're providing. They recognize the music choices that you're making and they recognize that the event is better, whether it be a corporate event where somebody who otherwise wouldn't know there was something different about it. And then they get explained to that the sound system was different. That was it.

Yeah, because so much of sound is unconscious that the people who are providing that are going to get the reinforcement of of knowing first of all that they've, that they've provided something of quality. And second of all, they're going to get the recognition most of the time most of our customers get the response that they get more business from it. They get the positive feedback loop happening because somebody goes, I want you to meet this person, they're doing an event or we're going to do another event next month or whatever it is. I want you to come back. And that's how we empower our customers so that they can enjoy their work or hobby more and that they can succeed with that better and more, more quickly and more effectively.
